Georgetown Commercial Properties was formed in 2004, when Bob Brent and Tim Harris
decided to open a full time commercial brokerage facility in Georgetown. Bob
had been in real estate in Georgetown for many years, and Tim had been in banking,
and both were very involved in community activities. Since both had served
the community in many roles, they shared common goals and vision for their
community, and decided to combine forces to provide a valuable service to the
community in the real estate brokerage field.
Committed to keeping Georgetown
a great place to live and work, they formed Georgetown Commercial Properties,
and began to identify key parcels of land around Georgetown
that would be prime for development, but would also be considered “gateways” to
Georgetown. In addition, they worked to identify quality developers that could
turn these prime tracts into attractive developments that would serve the needs
of the people of Georgetown.
The brokers of Georgetown Commercial Properties
serve property owners in the Georgetown community, but have also represented
buyers and developers as well.
Tim Harris and Bob Brent have both been real estate brokers for over 20 years,
and are committed to serving their clients in a professional manner.
